I am already anxious to know how the author cope with the numerous challenges life threw at him. I admire the fact that he summoned courage to write a memoir about his life.

I love people who donโ€™t give in to seemly hard challenges that life throws at them. I love this story and Iโ€™ll like to finish reading it.

Wow! I feel like the reviewer just read the entire book for me in such a short summary. The spinal cord injury left Mike with long standing disability, jobless and a shaky marriage, just how many troubles for one man? I am impressed to learn that Mike never gave up, he was daring enough not just to himself, but also those who didn't believe in him. Later, we meet the triumphant Mike with life lessons bold enough to pen it down for us. This book needed exactly this kind of awesome review to find its way on my shelf!

I would read this book just based on the title alone, but the reviewer also stated that "It was educative, inspiring, and intriguing to read."

One step at a time is a compelling mantra. Mikeโ€™s story is beyond inspiring, and this review was captivating. While I was reading your review, I had the song Climb Every Mountain from the Sound of Music playing in my head. Excellent review.

Life will always throw hard challenges at us, and to overcome the challenges, we need support from our family and friends. Perseverance, courage, and endurance also play critical roles in overcoming them, and they're what made Mike L. McCord walk again after suffering a severe accident in Michael L. McCord's book, One Step at a Time. An inspiring and educational story to read. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!
