I always get scared when I have to leave a less than ideal review, but that's kind of what I'm here for, right? Anyway, she seems pretty amazing in that she actually listened to (err... read?) what I had to say and didn't jump all down my throat to defend herself as having done nothing at all less than perfect. I have had to deal with that A LOT in situations where I was much less critical than this.
So, yeah, I think my opinion of the author went up a little bit in how she handle receiving this review.
