Communication is key in all aspects of life, both private and professional. I like the aspect of exploring both verbal and non-verbal communication, and the relationship with health and social behavior.

This book is about the importance of proper communication, especially during the time when socializing needs to be constricted. There are a lot of good points, and I like the part when the authors explained that just going out to the store or supermarket.

The fact that this book actually applies to a wide audience is something very noteworthy. So many people lack the right communication skills necessary for a specific situation. Even the so called smooth talkers can get tongue tied some point in time. I’m certain that with the input of three renowned professionals, this book will definitely be worth the read. Great review!
