In my opinion, the reviewer has highlighted the positive aspects of the book very well, from its unique introduction to its sporty nature. I am eager to know how the author weaves in funny narratives in a book that is all about sports. Switching from hockey to golf is another aspect of the book that seems intriguing!

Great review! I have never played golf, but the tales in the book were very enjoyable to read. I do know that avid golfers take the game very seriously but have fun doing so.

Today's BOTD is a compilation of 30 annual "Montana Golf Trips" that began at a fundraising event when an ex-hockey player won the rights to the team bus for a weekend getaway. Filled with hilarious moments both on and off the course, readers, undoubtedly, will not be able to put this one down! I need to get this for my dad! He is going to love it!! Thank you!! :-)

Your detailed review really captures the essence of the book’s humor and its unique perspective on golf culture. It’s refreshing to see an author delve into the camaraderie and mischief that can accompany the sport and I appreciate your honesty about the potential challenges for readers less familiar with golf terminology. It’s a good reminder that while the stories may be hilarious for golf enthusiasts, they might not land as well for everyone. Nice review!

I always wondered how people end up liking golf so much, especially the guys. What kind of attitude do they have towards this game? Looking forward to reading this book. Congratulations on BOTD!

Seems like something you can read on a road trip, or in a summer holiday. Although i have to understand some basic rules of golf for it to get the jokes as you said.

The book seems to have an engaging humour while covering the golf sport, but it has never been my favourite sport, so the golf terminologies will make it hard for me to enjoy the book, and therefore it doesn't suit me. Congratulations on being BOTD!
