Something must be amiss if we seem unhappier than ever. Everyone I know is/was/wants to be in therapy. Therefore, I think we should open our minds to fresh and different ideas that could enhance our well-being. I especially like that the author's tone is not preachy or authoritative. This book was, in simple terms , proof of the magic that happens when one sits down and truly, properly thinks.

This book offers a lot of food for thought about mental growth, happiness, and survival that point to a path of personal development. The norm is a sort of baseline that seems to be made to hinder people's mental growth, so any book that can help go beyond that breaking social barriers is welcome. Thank you for your great review!

I have had so many people talk about ways to find happiness and all. However, I've always believed that happiness is personal and we all are on our individual journeys to find happiness. I'm glad that this author agree.

Many conventional beliefs and societal norms only limit us. I applaud that the author encourages readers to adopt their own path to happiness. There is a lot to learn in this book about self-discovery and life philosophies.
