*"The Riddle of Alchemy"* by Paul Kiritis is a fascinating study that touches on the age-long practice of alchemy supported by historical research along with a fascinating presentation of its story. Kiritsi is on a quest to unlock the riddles and philosophies which have revolved around alchemy for hundreds of years and how it has affected science, spirituality, and culture. The book is a good combination of research and ease of understanding from abstract to magnification to let the readers know it is easily understood by them even if they have different knowledge levels. Even though the book is to the point, its novelty is an interesting perspective of alchemy, which makes it a must-read for those in search of history, mysticism, and early science

"The Riddle of Alchemy seems like an extraordinary exploration of alchemy that masterfully combines historical depth with psychological and philosophical insights. The way Kiritsis connects alchemical principles to Jung's theory of individuation is particularly intriguing, offering a unique perspective that seems both scholarly and profound. I’m especially drawn to the book's comprehensive approach, integrating historical context with allegorical and psychological interpretations. It sounds like a must-read for anyone interested in not only the history of alchemy but also its relevance to modern science and personal development.

Not sure if this book is for me because alchemy seems like an intricate and meticulously researched topic, not to mention it is tad outdated compared to modern-day science.
