Non-fiction, self-help books are not my cup of tea. But the review is well written and the author managed to combine ancient wisdom with modern concepts and provides practical advice which will definitely be appreciated by the readers. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Your review was good and very descriptive. Unfortunately, the book is not my cup of tea, so I will pass on this one.

I like the note about combining ancient wisdom with modern concepts. I'm fascinated by the concept of attachment and discrimination ceasing.
I don't know what enlightened awareness means, but I'm sure the book will explain. How does one break free from conceptual barriers tied to time, space, and form? To be free from judgment and self-identity, embody wisdom, love, and oneness sounds like interesting concepts. Relating these teachings to quantum physics and psychology sounds equally fascinating. Thank you for your insightful review.

Today's BOTD is a self-help book that focuses on mindfulness, exploration, and transformation of one's self. Readers of the genre will not only learn about how to tackle challenges in a more healthy, positive manner, but also take a journey of self-discovery, while working toward personal growth and understanding the world around you. Not sure if it's the one for me, but we will see! Thank you so much! :-)

I haven't read this book yet but still, there's a lot of wisdom from the past that we can use to solve modern day challenges. Most problems haven't changed over time and so are their solutions. Am looking forward to reading this book.
Thanks for the engaging review!

I'm not sure I'd get the quantum physics part, but I'm trying to be more present, and what little I know about mindfulness has helped me with my anxiety, so I'm willing to learn more. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for your review. I sampled the book. The author interprets some of the passages written from the words of Buddha in an organized way. This is not a book I would be interested in, but I do congratulate the author on winning the #BOTD.
