"Shine" by Rochelle Brandon, MD is a book full of advice especially intended for teenage girls because they are often prone to constant self-judgment. The book can also serve readers to instill confidence and improve self-confidence. The book is well-written and interesting.

The book 'Shine' A female guide to being her true self. Written by Rochelle Brandson MD. Is a masterpiece. The author wrote out of experience, and as the saying goes: 'Experience is the Best teacher'. The writer has successfully sent a message that would redeem generations yet unborn . I will like to recommend this book to all and sundry that want to come out of their she'll of inferiority complex and low esteem.

Low self esteem and anxiety are dangerous not only to girls but also the male teens. The book's message is impactful to the girls and I am certain it will turn them into better female versions. Congratulations.

In astrology, the sun reflects confidence and self-assurance. Seeing the sun on the book cover was lovely for such a topic. Congratulations on the BOTD, and best wishes for future projects.

Yes, I think pictures help in these sort of books in conveying the message where words might be too much. Your review was spot on and refreshing. I think adolescent stage is the crucial one, where kids are developing themselves and need as much guidance as they can find. This book is important in that aspect.
‘When you do a good deed, people are grateful, and that creates a nice feeling inside you; and then because it feels good, that makes you want to do more good deeds. That repetition is the cycle of goodness.’

This review thoughtfully praises Rochelle Brandon's empowering advice for teenage girls but suggests the book could benefit from being shorter and more visually engaging.

Wow! A great review of the book. And the book itself seems great. Teenage is a defining age and many of us go through so many ups and downs in our teenage. Also the hormones and conflicts of things seems very critical at that moment. To describe things in a way that it's common and everyone faces them is a great approach. Another things that it tugs at important part of life and teaches in good way.
