Anything related quantum physics is very fascinating to me. However, I always struggle to find books that's written with simplicity. They always have very complicated scientific terms that most of the time goes over my head as I'm not familiar with those. But as you mentioned in your review that this book is written in simple language. So I might give it a try. Thanks.

Understanding the scientific concepts can be very exciting and educational. I will especially read this book to explore why the combination of general relativity, quantum mechanics, and Mach's principle calls for new approaches in gravity. Looks like I will enjoy reading this book.

An Incomplete Theory by Megan Henry is a non-fiction book that gives us a delightful reading of philosophical ideas behind physics and interesting historical notes that make it easy to read, even when touching on deep subjects. The author poses a challenge for physicists and philosophers: Is general relativity compatible with Mach’s principle? She says no, this could be a clue for advancing the theory. If you enjoy physics, this is a great read.An Incomplete Theory by Megan Henry is a non-fiction book that gives us a delightful reading of philosophical ideas behind physics and interesting historical notes that make it easy to read, even touching on deep subjects. I love science in the basics, but anything quantum or scientifically intensive goes over my head. So, I'll leave "An Incomplete Theory" by Megan Henry for the real science geeks.
And if you want to learn more about why the combination of general relativity with quantum mechanics and Mach’s principle suggests new approaches to gravity are needed, then you don't want to miss this book.

Putting together quantum physics and relativity is still proving to be a really complex task. Solving the mystery of their apparent incompatibility will bring a leap forward in our understanding of the cosmos. A book about that subject is certainly interesting to me. Thank you for your great review!
