I'm interested in hearing Ali Master's story. His move from Pakistan to the USA and his decision to change his religion are significant changes. Thank you for the excellent review.

I absolutely love this kind of books. I can relate to the author a lot. And I also agree about the freedom aspect. It's true that countries like USA do offer much more freedom than some other countries, specially when it comes to religion. A compelling read indeed.

Congrats on BOTD.
Ali Master's "Beyond the Golden Door" describes his life and his encounter with Judy, a lady who had a significant influence on it. A tale told from the perspective of an immigrant is incredibly fascinating. The novel is going to be a fantastic read.

It's not easy migrating from your country to a different country but Ali took the boldest step ever from moving from his country to America...it's inspiring to many people and as well and also converting from his religion to Christianity because of a love for a Christian lady
I admire him.....

Memoirs are not my cup of tea, but this book sounds truly inspiring and thought-provoking. I'm sure the author's honest comparison of two countries and the stories behind his five transformational freedoms will encourage many readers to reflect on their own freedoms and appreciate the country they live in. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Ali Master's story shows that having the freedom to choose one's part can be satisfying, and I value how he showed appreciation for the freedom America gave him. I always love your reviews Rispa Ouma, well done.

Not sure if this book is my cup of tea, I am too deep-rooted and mature to learn an altogether new set of "culture, education, religion, work ethics, and politics". But it might be interesting as entertainment and education. Congrats with BOTD!

Being an immigrant always comes with its own challenges--what's more amazing is how this man embraces the Christian faith, as he feels a call from God. I wonder how his life is transformed and how it shows in his life from there on.

Immigration is not always what it is cut out to be. Moving to a new country can be a stressful experience. Ali Master's "Beyond the Golden Door", a compelling memoir, describes his journey from Pakistan as a Muslim to the United States, where he converted to Christianity. We also gain insight into both cultures. Thanks for the insightful review.

I am happy that Ali's decision to believe in God and follow Christ was based on his calling, not on the person who introduced him to Christianity. The freedoms he addresses sound interesting, but the one that caught my attention the most is the freedom to fail. I am wondering how this was addressed. Thanks for the review, @Risper Ouma Anyango.

A book that examines the concept of freedom through the personal experiences of the author. "Beyond the Golden Door" by Ali Master reveals the the ageless truth of the existence of differences in culture, education, religion, work ethics, and politics in the world, and that the concept of freedom also varies in the same instance all across the nations.
