A book that teaches how to manage business resources sounds helpful . The model for management sounds efficient. Giving strategies and lessons makes it easier to process. That it was well edited is another plus. It isn't relevant to me, but I am glad you found it helpful. Thank you for the review!

This sounds like a very useful tool for management in all sectors. I like that the author has four components that he deems necessary for workplace cohesion. I think this would be a great guide to follow for anyone in upper management.

Great review!

The golden rule you mentioned "treat employees the way you want to be treated as an employee" makes a lot of sense to me. I do not usually read business books, but I am glad that you liked the book. Congrats to the author on the 4/4 rating!

Corporate and non-fiction, not my cup of tea as I am more of a fiction kind of girl. Although, if we go by the review, the people who are into such books would definitely enjoy reading it.

Congratulations to the author on the BOTD!

Thanks for the review. I think the author has a lot of wisdom but fails to organise it in writing. There seem to be too many unconnected points in his book.

A book that deals with the factor of respect. This sounds like a very helpful book for both management and employees. Managers can learn about ways to improve their working relationship with employees. For employees, this may help them to get a look at the workplace from the perspective of management. Thank you for the great review.

The author seems to have a good head on their shoulders and seems to have learned a lot about treating employees since he was 14.

The sample provided indicates that this book would be a useful addition to the shelves of anyone with management responsibilities. I like that the author puts great emphasis on the importance of treating people with respect in the workplace. It's a simple philosophy, one based on the belief that staff are the greatest asset of any organisation. Thanks for your review.

For some reason, I am so interested in this book and I don’t really fit the demographic. I loved the sample pages of this, and your review makes me want to read it more. I think that as an employee, this book can certainly speak to how people in the workplace should behave on both sides and to strive for mutual respect. I’m definitely adding this to my want to read list.
