This sounds like a very good book to read in order for persons to strengthen their leadership qualities and to become very successful at that level. Thank you for your insightful review of this book.

I think that the title is misleading when I think of violent, I think of overpowering people in leadership roles. Even though in this book it is supposed to be a positive thing, I still think a different title would have sufficed. That said, not a book I would read as I no longer work, but having worked in a leadership role, I do agree that you have to be open, compassionate and forceful. Thank you for your review.

Thanks for the thorough review, but I dislike being in a position of leadership, so this book is definitely not relevant for me. I also hate the idea of taking things "by force"; that's how people end up in jail.

This is a useful read for fans of self-help books. I think I'll pass, though. Thanks for the excellent review.

A self-help book on leadership sounds inspiring. It is good that the author shares his personal experience and shows the reader how to become successful. A pity about the lack of editing and the repetition. Thank you for the review!

This is not a book I would be interested in. But I think it would be a good resource for who run a business and making the best atmosphere for employees. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

Not only does he discuss his personal successes and failures, but he shows the reader how to become successful as well.
Interesting self-help book for those who are interested in leadership. I am not the target audience, though. Thank you for the detailed review!

Violent leadership sounds like an intresting concept that could get anyone what they want . The problem is that I don't read book of this genre.

This is a great book. The blurb on Amazon was fascinating and I had to get a copy of this. Making a personal commitment to read this book.

The word "violent" is quite off-putting when when we realise that the author is using it as an attention- grabber to speak about a positive aspect. It's quite a gamble to take, but power to him!
I liked the clever reference to being a thermostat or a thermometer in your business. So simple as a concept, but so thought- provoking.

I now have a better understanding of what this book is about. I also have a better definition of the title. With all this being said, this isn't a book for me whatsoever!
