The review is good, the tone is exciting. I must read this book to add to my knowledge! I've never thought of reading dental books, this is a good reminder for me. Thanks so much for this.

This sounds like a great reference book that addresses common fears and questions about dental hygiene. A lot of people would benefit from the information provided. This was a thorough and informative review

Having just suffered through some dental work, this book would have come in handy. There were times when the dentist said things in such a casual way, I felt awkward asking for clarification. I especially like that this book is written for the average reader.

A very nicely-written and thorough review of Marcia Mawae's "The Little Book of Dental Questions." I especially appreciated how MsTri listed specific instances where Mawae's advice in the book really stood out to her--like, for example, the part about always closing the lid on the toilet when you flush because the bacteria can travel to the sink and your toothbrush. I am definitely going to remember that one!

This was an excellently constructed review. It gave me a nice, neat little overview of Mawae's book and even got me interested in checking it out for myself. Great work!

This helps. I noticed the paraphrased Bible verses in the sample pages and I wondered if it wasn't a bit too much but since you read the entire book and liked the tie-in, it should be alright.

I don't have a particular love of dentists. Who really wants someone probing the inside of their mouth? It seems a bit too intimate to me. However, based on the review, I may try to read this one. This would fall under the know-your-enemy category.

What an odd topic for a book, and yet one that many people might find helpful. It's a shame about the errors, but overall it sounds like it addresses the reader's needs and desires well. I'm not sure I would have ever picked this one up for myself, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for the review.

I don't believe I could have done such an excellent review of this tygpe of book but yours was wonderful! I don't believe I will be adding this one to my want to read list but it still sounds like it is full of good advice! I love the fact that the author inserted Bible scripture in with the dental advice! Excellent job!

This is an informative book for me. I can't remember the last time I visited a dentist. I'm however happy for a powerful book as this. Great review.

I'm one of those lucky people that don't have teeth problems, therefore I'm not really interested in the topic. Also, I find it weird that the answers are followed by the Bible verses. Even though, according to the book review, it doesn't seem to bother nonbelievers, I feel it's too much. Somehow it bothers me that only Bible is being quoted. Don't Buddhists, for example, brush their teeth too?
