:tiphat: Combing insights from life experiences as well as professional experiences Sandra Cooper seems to offer a great deal of help to anyone going through personal struggles. Much of what we go through in life depends on our childhood experiences and Cooper honestly explores that. I definitely want to read this well written book.

Some say finding yourself is the way out to live. But finding the job for living wasn't easy if you faced the disaster situation in everything. Life is cruel and hard to survive. I must say I loved this book and your fully review.

I can imagine that this was a difficult book for the author to write in order to open up and be transparent about her past trauma. It looks like an inspiring read. I look forward to reading it. Thank you for the great review!

Everyone wants to know who they are and what their purpose is. Self discovery books are a real help during that time. Amazing review ! I am pretty sure a lot of people can relate to Sarah's thoughts that are penned down at the beginning of every chapter.
