Questioning these paradigms is good because one doesn't realize how many things can actually be unlearned and reconstructed to fit one's own beliefs as opposed to society's beliefs. It may be difficult to stay motivated but very important to believe that one can most certainly achieve what they set their mind to. Congrats on the BOTD!

The way the review highlights the book's blend of intuition, spirituality, meditation, and science is fascinating. Lia Russ's journey and insights seem incredibly inspiring. I can't wait to explore how I might be limiting myself and break free from those paradigms.

It's so unfortunate to see how people limit themselves because of paradigms and beliefs they have held on to for most of their lives. This book helps to provide insights into how to detach oneself from all that and live a free and more fulfilling life.

Hi @ Khushi RBY Yadav, I just read your comments on the official review of "Connecting the Dots" and I also found the topic to be very interesting. I believe one needs to continue questioning socially accepted thoughts that rule society's views on any subject. These are the paradigms that are socially acceptable, but they can limit one’s potential. @Mrlefty0706
