Of all the ways to generate business strategy I think SWOT analysis is my favorite. However I would want to check what the 2Y3X framework talked about in this book is all about. Thanks for the review.

The 2y3x road map seems like something complicated to me. Maybe because the reviewer makes the whole thing seem complex or probably because it sounds foreign. For thus reasons i won't be checking the book out. Congratulations on making a book of the day.

As a team leader and manager, this book will benefit me a lot. Of particular interest to me is the concept of the Growth Lab Team, which focuses on competence and commitment rather than seniority. I appreciate the mention of the practical nature of this book, and I look forward to maximizing its wisdom. Felix Velarde is a good author! Thank you for this comprehensive review.

Thank you for such an in-depth review of "Scale at Speed" by Felix Velarde. It’s evident from your analysis that the book provides a comprehensive and actionable framework for business growth. I appreciate how you highlighted the importance of the 2Y3X® program in breaking down long-term goals into practical implementations. The emphasis on the flexibility of the 2Y3X framework is particularly intriguing, as it seems adaptable to various business sizes and contexts.

The detailed explanation of the Growth Lab Team (GLT) and its focus on competence over seniority is a valuable insight for any organization aiming to foster innovation and strategic execution. Additionally, the inclusion of tools like the QuickMap and the strategy map completion process showcases Velarde's practical approach to business challenges.

Your review has convinced me that this book is not only a theoretical guide but also a practical resource that can help translate strategic goals into tangible actions. The discussion on goal-setting theory and the significance of developing actionable plans resonates well with the complexities of modern business management.

Thank you again for your thorough review. It has certainly piqued my interest in reading "Scale at Speed" and exploring the 2Y3X® program further.
