Thank you for such a comprehensive review of "Chess Strategies for Beginners." As a casual chess player, I found your insights particularly helpful. The inclusion of a brief history of the game is a nice touch, especially for those of us who haven't delved into the origins of chess before. I appreciate how the book differentiates between tactics and strategies, and the use of graphical images and real-life games to illustrate these points sounds incredibly useful. Your emphasis on the author's extensive knowledge and the importance of practice resonates well. It's great to hear that the book caters to both novice and experienced players. Your detailed review has convinced me that this book will be a valuable addition to my chess resources.

I do love chess and I know how to play the game. I would clarify my self as beginner because I don't think I know the pro way if doing things. For this reason, I will definitely read this book to improve my skills and play the game better. Congratulations on making the book of the day.

As a lover of chess and a chess player, couldn't hesitate to click on this book and I'm wowed at how amazing this book is. I highly recommend this book to those starting out in chess. Maybe if I had read this book when I was a newbie in chess, I would have not wasted so much time in mastering it.

I am thrilled to learn that games also need strategies and plans before one can play them.

I just started learning how to play chess and Eric's book couldn't come at a more appropriate time. Thank you for the wonderful review.

I do welcome another book on chess with pleasure, especially when it teaches you how to play in a fun way:
'Eric H. Schuelke's extensive knowledge of the subject was evident because of the way he described why some moves were made and the benefits they provided. This enabled him to easily explain the various opening and defense strategies while playing on either side of the board. Several opening play patterns were introduced, and they demonstrated how they incorporated various tactics. "Chess Strategies for Beginners" would be extremely beneficial to both beginner and expert chess players.'
