This sounds like a good book for someone who manages a business or in the human resource management. Dealing with people in the workplace is hard and this could help a lot. Not a fan of non-fiction but this sounds like a good read. Thanks for the review!

This seems like a good read for anyone either currently in management or seeking that position in the future. This book might have helped me handle situations more effectively, had I read it while in my Operations Supervisor training. Thanks for the outstanding and informative review of the book.

'Official Review: Managing With Respect by James P DuBreuil' encourages the people who have no idea of business to read the book due to it's positive and affirmative outlook towards business. It discusses the core theme of the book and acts as the nucleus of the book. I find similarity between my thoughts and views about business and those of the author!

I think that this book has a strong point about managing individuals in general. Also, in general, I believe that having respect towards others will get one long way no matter what situation they are in. I feel that this book just mentions or tells about what should be common knowledge.

I also find it difficult to look at things objectively, so this intuitive assessment is probably quite incomplete. I think I would like to read this book so as to understand such a point of view for what it really is, instead of colouring it with qualitative and moralistic implications. Congrats to the BotD author!

Respect is important in any setting this book is a great reminder of that. I love the golden rule. It's a wonder that many managers don't abide by that. You can only be effective in managing if those under you are able to apply themselves to doing their best. This is a book I would recommend to those in management.

Thanks for the review, but I have no interest in this book, as I much prefer being a follower than a leader and therefore have no use for such a tome.

It sounds like an interesting book! I was intrigued by your summary of the book. Even though I'm not interested in business books, I'd give this one a try. I would've loved to hear about your opinion of the book. Thanks for the great review.

Managing With Respect by James P. DuBreuil is a #SelfHelp guide to an effective #Business performance #Management. This book is about the author's philosophy for managing human resources in the workplace. It includes 13 different core management processes.

I don't enjoy reading self-help books, so I will bypass reading this book.

Thanks for the review.

Respect is vital to every relationship, and more so in the workplace where people spend most of their waking hours. I am happy to see the author use the Golden Rule. I also like that he says one should have passion for work and compassion for people. More respect, more power, James!
