Putting into consideration how most people struggle with obesity I think this is a book to grab. I have never heard of its philosophy and would like to delve more. Thanks for the great review.

It's really a mind over matter strategy in the weight loss program. I love how you said that the author emphasized this in the book. Thank you for your review!

I am in no need of a weight management book but I appreciate the effort and skill in writing one. Because writing such a self help book is difficult as it is easier to just post videos on Youtube. That and the fact that the author did a good job is the reason why I want to read the book. Great review btw.

This seems different from other weight loss books. I like how it deals not only with just fitness or diet but the mental aspects that will help you. I think I am going to give the book a chance and see if it is as good as the review suggests.

I sampled the book on Amazon. The author, Mr. Rez Khan talks about the concept of weight-loss from the perspective of his own experience. There are so many distractions around that this task becomes next to impossible but Mr. Khan helps you to understand the situation and work on it in a more sustainable and clutter-free method. The title of the book is Zeus who is used as a metaphor in the book in explaining the instances.
The disappearance of the word "I am" is indeed the highest happiness! :)

Didn't expect it to be a self-help book after reading the namebon the cover. I've always enjoyed to learn more about food because food is what makes our body. So, it is an indispensable part of our life. Though many people don't realize that and start to eat junk. I would love to read it. Congrats on BOTD.

This is a well written book. A like the use of the Greek metaphor and its applicability to the various weight loss regimes that are offered to people every now and then. Thanks for an enjoyable review.

Thanks for the review! I was curious to know why a book dealing with the topic of diet control has such a title. Interesting to know that the author used a Greek metaphor. I like the fact that the book is easy to read and contains scientific basis for the facts stated by the author. However, right now I am not in need of this book and so will have to pass this one.

I have suffered with my weight my entire life and I was happy to read that your review of the book pointed out that the author based his book on the 'slow & steady' approach to weight loss instead of the quick, but ineffective fix such as dieting.

This book sounds like it would be helpful to many. Who doesn't want to lose weight? I like how it gives a step by step guide and a personal account of how to lose weight and what works. It's courageous of the author to show part of their story. I also like how the book uses scientific basis. Thanks for your review.

Slow has become my natural speed these days so I think this book will work fine for me. I'm looking for a solution, as I've been trying to lose for a long time, and I have A LOT to lose, but I don't want to go the surgery route. Hoping this might be one of the keys for me. Wouldn't that be great? Thanks for your insight. It really helped to give more info on the book.

A book on weight loss and fitness with an easy to follow, adaptable formula for daily routine. I like the author's approach to weight loss. His emphasis on the two most important reason most people are locked in the vicious cycle is pretty impressive. This book will be of great help to those seeking to achieve their ideal weight. Thanks for the review.
