I love the way the author explained the same set of events in positive and negative way. Everything depends on the perspective and that concept is clearly explained in this book.

As we grow we acquire different experiences which form the bases for our perspective about life. This perspective, therefore forms our reality. I like how the author shows both the negative and positive aspects of his life which make us understand that there are different perspective on life.

Daily experience is what matters most in life. I concur with the author that focusing on the positive is the key to happiness, regardless of the circumstances.

The ability of the author to write his life in two perspectives intrigues me. I look forward to reading all about it. Beautiful review.

I found it quite unique that the author divided his story into two, one with a negative perspective and the other with a positive perspective. This illustrates the point that how we react to things in life matters. This book sounds wonderful so congratulations on BOTD.

Its always insane to think about how there are multiple perspectives for events that are occuring to an individual. Id love to check out the duality of this book.

This is a book in which the author shares his life with the readers. He highlights both the positive and negative. The lesson being perception is reality and if we always focus on the negatives of life, then we feel like our lives are not good. Cant wait to read it. Congrats on botd. Great review.

It's so hard to embrace hardships, but looking on the bright side, we can move on. I guess I may cry in this book about the author's happiest and darkest times in his life.

It seems painfully obvoius that life is just like two sides of a coin. But it's not obvious why that is the case until we deliberately consider that there must be bad to be good. Otherwise how would we distinguish between them? Your review impressively shows that this is the theme of the book, which is one I'd certainly read.

I think this non-fiction book would be most appealing to people who are going through a hard time right now since the author's retelling of his darkest moments in life could give people comfort that they are not the only ones having a difficult time.
Congratulations to the author for BOTD!
