Like you, I always see from other books suggesting journaling but I didn’t do it because I didn’t believe in it. This time I think I’ll try it. Thanks for your review.

Exercises that focus on identifying and accomplishing goals sound quite helpful. The free resources provided by the author also seem quite useful so I ma eager to see what this book has to offer. Congratulations on BOTD.

Being goal-oriented is especially effective if you utilise a journal. But it has to be limited to some aspects of life for the sake of balance. To use the metaphor in your review, an unplanned vacation, begun with an aimless drive, can be perfectly relaxing; a good way to recharge your batteries.

I am pleased that the book's content matches its vibrant cover. I have long desired to maintain a journal, but always lose motivation and quit. This book will serve as a helpful, step-by-step guide for me. It is deserving of my time, effort, and full attention. I believe it will greatly benefit my personal success and goal achievement.

This is a good book. I also love the idea of keeping journals. Living life without a goal is lining anyhow. For one to have a fulfilled life, one has to set goals that need to be met. And it is not just about setting goals but taking steps to achieve the goals.

Taking care of yourself is very important. I am impressed by the direct tittle of the book and the colourful cover bringing out liveliness of the book. The detailed information by the author on how one should take care of themselves is inspiring. I am a supporter for use of journals too. Nice and well detailed review. Congratulations to today's BOTD.
