Communication is an important part of human relationship and life. Healthy and effective communication keeps each person interested in helping the other with what they can or just find help for them if they can't. I'm glad the author wrote this book.

I obsess about communication precisely because of the reason you point out; communication can build or break society. In fact, are there any crises worldwide that do not have misunderstanding at their root? I like that the authors view communication as an individual, organisational and societal issue. It's actually not an exaggeration to say that you can affect others' health by how you communicate.

The inclusion of tables and exercises to involve readers in the journey of healthy communication is a brilliant touch. Your positive experience, despite minor errors, instills confidence in the book's effectiveness. I'm curious to explore how these practical elements contribute to real-life communication improvement.

Thank you for the excellent review. Communication is crucial. Regardless of our knowledge, if we can't communicate effectively, there's no way to demonstrate what we know. All relationships depend on listening and communication. I appreciate the author for selecting this topic and including exercises to practice.

Three authors, Bobby R. Patton, Rusalyn H. Andrews, and Jennifer Page Daily, came together to show us the importance of communication in healthy relationships. Communication is super important in relationships! It helps build trust, understanding, and connection.Without good communication, misunderstandings can happen, and problems can arise.

Healthy communication is a topic I am forever interested in. I have seen wonderful relationships with lots of love break due to communication issues and I am always keen on not letting it happen to my relationships with people I love. Great review!
