This review brilliantly captures the essence of "Scale at Speed" and makes the 2Y3X® program sound incredibly practical and actionable. The emphasis on strategic growth through real-world applications is compelling. Definitely adding this to my reading list!

This book talks about 2Y3X programs, it introduces practical implementation and changes. While reading the review, I found it a bit hard to discern what this book is all about, till I read it. Congrats on being book of the day!

I think everyone needs a to learn some business insights every now and then. This book seems to hold a lot of that information. This is a good one from the author.

I agree with the author, Felix, that SWOT analysis is a tool for obtaining optimal success but I would want to what the 2Y3X framework is all about. Nice review!

"Scale at Speed" seems like an invaluable resource for anyone looking to understand the practicalities of business growth and goal-setting. I’m particularly intrigued by the 2Y3X framework and how it focuses on breaking down long-term goals into actionable steps, rather than just strategy. The idea of aligning goals with tactical changes and the emphasis on having a Growth Lab Team (GLT) speaks to a modern, flexible approach to business management.
