I don't appreciate repetition of concepts or ideas In a book, but I feel the ideas espoused here would be valuable for my growing company. Congrats.

This book details a lot of things about work place practices. It has been proven that workers become more productive if they are happy with the company. Companies who are greedy can take some lessons from this if they want their employees to do more. Congrats on BOTD

This is a very informative book for anyone running an enterprise or a corporation. Employees tend to want things individually and may not make an impact on the mission of the corporation. However, a team that's focused will deliver all the time as long as they know their deliverables; happy or not. Congrats.

I agree with the author that employers ask employees how they can positively impact the organization, as an unhappy employee does more harm than good to the organization. This book is totally worth the read. Thanks for the thorough review.

Wow! There’s a lot to unpack from this book. It seems that the author might be on to something here. I do agree with the fact that, what benefits one might not benefit the other. However there’s never a one fit all. This was interesting to read. Thanks for your review.

I find this genre of book so educative. The happiness of employees should be the priority of any organization. Their happiness determines how productive they will be. Big congrats on by the BOTD.
