Inside The Mind Of A Successful CEO:
This book teaches the success, and personal experience one's get from the mistakes he or she makes over time. It teaches the lessons learned true mistakes, to be a successful CEO or manager you must consider fairly the mistakes you will make in overseeing organizations and learn how overcome them. I admired the writer, by giving her personal experience.

This self-help book is quite insightful. I appreciate the fact that a bit of history on the management phenomenon was given at the start of the book. Furthermore, several philosophical quotes were provided which also added some depth to the book.

A number of lessons can be learnt from this book. The main one for me is that managers can and ought to make mistakes as it is through these mistakes that they gain experience and not make the same mistakes in the future.

Any person in a leadership role or with aspirations of becoming a leader can benefit greatly from reading this book. It really provides easy to follow steps on how to manage an organization.

I have read the sample of the book, and like you, I enjoyed the examples from his life. I found it easy to read, but this isn't where I'm at at this time. Thank you for your informative review.

Aside from the five areas managers make mistakes, I cannot say anything stands out of interest to me. This type of book isn't for me, nor do I have any use for it currently. I appreciate the book recommendation and your helpful review of it.
