Having no interest in property dealings and businesses, I thought of the book to be boring but, it isn't. The book is more than informative and helpful for the readers. I will read the book to get the whole process of commercial property investments as it is useful and will always be beneficial if applied wisely.

This book seems like it would be a good guide for anyone interested in property investment, mainly commercial based on the title. If you're interested in both commercial and residential investment property, I feel that this book might be helpful, as well. It may help someone compare what they learn about commercial investment to their known knowledge of residential property. A simple read allows for someone to go back many times to re-read sections as a refresher.

Investing in property right now is pretty risky. There is a lot to be gained and so much is unknown with the current stare if affairs. But, I’m sure this book is extremely valuable and will interest someone wanting to give it a try. It sounds like a simple read and good advice.

I’m not really interested in real estate, but the author sounds like he really knows his stuff. I’ll read the sample.

In addition to the practical guidelines, I like the simple language used. I've read investment books that use hard English terms and complicated methods, but Chris Lang's writing is straight forward.

The reviewer has used appropriate words to describe the review! Nice to learn that the author has included additional resources in the book to help the reader! Unfortunately, I'm not interested in commerce. So I'll be skipping this one. Although this book does sound pretty interesting and informative especially with all the additional resources given by the author.

I believe that any type of property investment is a good investment (Granted that the figures churn out a profit from the start). I have read a lot about residential property investing, so I believe that this book would be a great next step for me. Thank you so much for the insightful and detailed review! Commercial Property Made Easy by Chris Lang is about commercial property investment, but I don't have any interest in this subject. Congratulations on #BOTD.

I have no interest in commercial property management, so I will be skipping. But this book looks simple enough for anyone interested in the subject to get tips on this quickly. Congrats on BOTD! :)
