It is more important to know about the pathophysiological aspects of modern day's stress-related problems, and the author discussed it concisely in this book. The action plan to calm anxiety and fear seems practical.

You got This by Linda Bjork is an excellent, well-written book on ways to decrease our fears, worries, and anxieties. She provides wonderful examples with ways to replace negative feelings with peace and de-stressors. She is a great writer and explains how readers can apply these principles to their own everyday lives. I've only read the sample, but it is definitely a book worth reading.

In a world of ever-increasing stress, this sounds like a very helpful, needed book. I like that you said the author takes the time to explain any technical terms. I'd never heard of RAS before. I'll check it out. Thanks for a well-written review. You've encouraged me to give it a try.

This book cleverly caters to the present demands of society dude to the global economic crisis. A fair number of individuals are in a state of anxiety during this COVID pandemic and this book can be a starting point in the development of strategies to alleviate some of the stress caused by the situation.

To be honest, I am not surprised that the anxiety figures are so high. We live in a world that praises constant excellence, which can be unsustainable unless a proper rest and recovery period is employed throughout the process. From what I read, this sounds like a great self-help book that can alleviate the stress and anxiety caused by everyday life. Thank you so much for your insightful and honest review!
