Moon's life seemed to have been a rough one. Losing all the people close to you is detrimental to your mental health. How he was able to turn his life around is inspiring.

I am pleased to read such a thorough review that gives me a good general picture of the book, without giving away and spoilers. I was not sure whether or not this book would interest me because of it´s religious aspect and it being a non-fiction, however seeing its more about a persons journey to religion and how it intersects with the issues in North and South Korea at that time. It seems more like something I could possibly be interested in. Thanks for the in depth review!

All of the difficulties and people he met on his life journey appeared to be instruments guiding him to his ultimate calling. Christian readers may find inspiration in the missionary's story.

The story of Moon's hardships is one of encouragement, faith, and memorable relationships. I'm fascinated by the connection between Moon and his father. This great review makes me want to read this book.

Wow, this sounds truly heartbreaking to read while also portraying strength and growth. I myself am not Christian, but I know some people who are and would most likely enjoy this book. I like that the author tells the story through chronological memories; it sounds like an easy read.

Moon's story from the war is an inspiring one! Even though he was just a child, he encountered hardships that he should never had to face, but life is not always fair and some people see the dark side of it. I liked the relationship between him and his father, a bond that is hard to break.

The title of this book, The Bulletproof Missionary, feels perfect. Adversity draws us nearer to God. I'd want to read about Moon's adventure from Keriz Rosado, who has chronologically portrayed his complete journey nicely. Thank you for the thorough analysis. Kudos to Keriz for winning BOTD!

Firstly, the title of the book is unique and exciting. Secondly, the fact that this is not a fictional story makes it even harder to resist.

Good review. I agree it's unique for people to gravitate towards Christianity because of how they observed other Christians live their life. Is life in North Korea that bad? :D

Great review. It fascinates me to see a story about people who lose it all but find meaning later on in their lives through God. This book seems to me like one of those stories. Congratulations to the author for making BOTD.

This book is amazing. If you love history of a human being transformation from poverty to class and if you love and believe in God . I highly recommend you read this book .This book shows how God can transform a man's life . It doesn't matter who you are or which class you belong too.
