It's glaring how much Peter loved Mona. He reminds me of the old Shakespeare's love notes. The author also touched on some key life issues, line superstition. There's so much packed into this memoir.

I do not believe in omens, bad or good. I do not think I would read this book, nothing is outstanding that caught my attention making me really want to finish it.

This book centers on love and care. Karp had to leave his job to care for his wife, this proves how encouragement and care from love ones can boost our health and fight for survival directly or indirectly.

This seems like an interesting memoir about the author's wife Mona. Unfortunately, I will have to pass on this. I didn't connect with the story enough to want to read this. Congratulations on making book of the day!

I admire the the level of love the author has for his wife to keep such great memories of her. I wonder what kind of personality she posseses. I guess I would have to find out in this book.
Kudos!

I agree with Peter that we should keep an open mind to all the possibilities the universe can offer. After all, the technology we have today would be deemed magic by older civilisations.

I think many more people need to think very deeply about their existence on earth. There's way too much thoughtlessness going around, and that is what births many issues we experience. Dirty politics, selfish capitalism, winning at the expense of others, greed, you name it.

This story sounds so sad. It's nice that the author wrote this memoir of his wife. I appreciate that thought and effort. It's great that it is well-edited. Thank you for a well-written review!

A story that forces you to think outside your routine. It's nice to see books that push you out of your comfort zone, presenting issues that are part of everyday life. The author's loving approach to his wife is interesting, I wondered what things they had to overcome and what motivated the author to tell their story.
