Along with statistics, the personal stories of different individuals shared in this book will aid the readers in understanding the life of retirees better.

The book enlightened me better on how to deal with growing older. It is true that we would grow and not younger but older so one needs to prepare ahead not just for yourself but for generations to come. Retirement, body changing, health issues are things one needs to plan for as on grow older. Herb Weiss did a good job and I think anyone looking for how to deal with aging and all the troubles of growing older should read the book.
