Loss and Discovery is a book that show you can lose and recover yourself in any situation. The writer speaks about a higher power outside of oneself. Listening is an excellent tool in this endeavour. Other pesons' stories resonate with me. Thanks for your review.

Today's world is changing at an unpredictable frequency that forces changes in the workforce, like it or not. A guide that teaches leaders and managers how to guide their subordinates into unwanted change rather than give ultimatums or force their hand is a much-needed and much-appreciated assistant. Thank you for your great review!

This book shows how religious scriptures can help us find peace and harmony in today's modern times and most importantly at work.

I appreciate Russell for the great job done in writing this book, given the sensitive nature of this discourse. Leadership requires a lot of personal and team redefining. I am glad the author noted the importance of communication in effecting change. I recommend this book.

I didn't expect the book to be about leadership, considering it has the word "loss" in it. Stories in the Bible about leaders like Moses are very noteworthy, especially because he's the meekest man on earth. Readers will learn a lot from this book. Congratulations on the BOTD.

This book is a wonderful source of knowledge, more so because it's founded on Bible stories. Anyone that can take up a responsibility should read this work and not just leaders. I, for instance, am not usually receptive to change because of the unknown that comes with it. Perhaps reading this work can help me overcome such fear. I'd love to see the lessons drawn from the Holy Book and how the author applies them in this work. Congrats on the BOTD.

I think it is very important for leaders to rely on the opinions and information of others. That, I believe, is the only way a leader can be fair. I think this looks like a very interesting read. Great review.

Today's BOTD is a nonfiction book that teaches how to lead effectively through hard times. A good leader should be one who can navigate his organization or team through a rough path to achieve victory. It is a good book for leaders at all levels. Thank you for the excellent review; kudos.

I was impressed by the beginning of the book too and this review confirms my feeling that it will be worth a read. Linden's style of looking to the Torah that you describe just proves that organisational development has always been pegged on leadership.

I so much admire this book on leadership. Leaders should lead by example. Leaders should be mature mentally to adopt strategies to make the goal and aims of the group to be achieved. Congratulations to this book of the day and a satisfactory review.

I love how he recognizes his religion and his beliefs and uses the Torah to base his points. It just goes to show that we don't have to look very far for the answers we need. The Bible has various leaders who went through challenging phases and grumbling non-committed crowds. What they did in those situations should be able to show us the way. This sound like a fantastic read.
