The business sector can be draining for people who lack the necessary skills to settle conflicts as well as manage various tasks at hand. In this book, the author includes illustrations and insights on how to handle unjust treatment at the hands of a boss. Congratulations on the BOTD.

Gordon's experiences seem to create an intriguing real-life story. However, the premise might not be my cup of tea. Thanks for the awesome review!

The courage of Mark Bolz and the IT staff resonated with me. Their commitment to ethical principles, amidst a challenging environment, adds depth to the narrative. The use of illustrations enhanced both humor and comprehension.

This outline of a situation that should have never occurred in an organization designed to provide for its citizens opened the door to my outrage. The author blessedly did not require that I understand the world of IT or power distribution to understand the core of his story. The horrific behavior of people described is, sadly, prevalent throughout our society. What is not prevalent is the courage to stand up and fight it. This a story that needed to be told and I am glad Mr. Graham did.

I would not be immediately attracted to this type of story. I would prefer suspenseful stories. But I could see that it would make a reader be flled with emotions, perhaps suppressed anger and the desire for justice. Yes, there will be values and virtues that can be gleaned in the story as can be concluded in the review. Nice! The reader would learn from the story as it portrays one of the possible painful realities of the corporate world. Yes, I can see and guess that it would be a good book and a good read. A reader will be immersed emotionally while learning from it and perhaps be inspired by the values presented at the same time.

I was captivated by the detailed exploration of leadership dynamics and corruption in the Pacific Northwest. The narrative unfolds seamlessly, making it an engaging read.

The book's spotlight on the repercussions of power misuse is eye-opening. It vividly portrays the consequences of assigning tasks without considering expertise, providing valuable lessons for leaders and organizations.

Misuse of power and mismanagement of funds is very real in the corporate world. Mark and his fellow employees were indeed courageous and displayed remarkable integrity in such circumstances. This book is on my read list. Thanks for the review!

This book is a must-read for anyone dealing with unethical bosses or interested in corporate scandals. I was captivated by the courage of Mark Bolz and the IT team. The humour and family support elements are a bonus.

Leadership, corruption, business ethics, and public affairs are all things particularly topical in my region; one would think Graham writes about rubbish governments in third world countries, not a developed world organisation! The levity that the satirical cartoons bring is a clever aspect. I suspect that, once I've read it, I'll give it the same top billing as you did.

I like how relevant the book's themes are. It has elements that readers can relate to, as many adults who had or have a corporate career would have encountered a less-than-adequate manager at some point in their career.
