I work in business sector and i am keen to learn more about the principles that have to be followed in the workplace .The golden rule is very important becuase if you dont treat to employees like you are an employee you aren't able to understand the problems that your employee may face. Many managers often forget how they started their career .It is essential employees to be heard and understood and .Respect is one of the most important factor in order the business to operate good . Thank you for your review , i am going to read it .Ina ddition, i believe that this booki isnt only for people who work in business sector because respect has to be present in all kind of relationships because ,business respresent our society .

Managing with respect thoroughly analyses in an engaging manner methods to manage and handle situations of business, providing diagrams and illustrations as supporting evidence. The effects of negative and positive attitudes towards all business processes are discussed and the author makes it apparent throughout the literature piece that he believes respect to be a key component in a successful business operation. As a student studying business, I found the read interesting and in depth, the fundamentals of this piece also provide concepts for day to day living such as, treating each other with respect if hoping to be respected and how to provide positive connotated constructive feedback in the right ways. These are just a couple of examples that DeBreuil appropriately discusses in Managing with respect. A recommended read described by many as a “self-help” or “guidebook”, especially for individuals interested in or studying topics of business. Thank you for reading my review.

Currently, my business is just me, myself, and I. However, that could change in the future--you never know--so maybe I should check out this book for if/when that time comes. You can never be too prepared in that manner, although I'll probably want to waist to read it until it's more certain that I could someday have people working under me. Thank you for the helpful review.

This sounds great for managers who may be struggling with their role. Perhaps if more people read this there would be more happiness in the workplace. Great review!

Managing With Respect: James P. Dubreuil's exploration of the benefits of implementation of that model of Respect with principles of knowledge and organization revolving that central component of communication allows the reader to see effective real world success at work in the business processes of human resource management: recruitment and hiring, setting expectations, providing feedback, employee development and career planning, recognition ad rewarding of staff, retention of senior staff, managing of marginalized employees, and team building in a culture of safety, security, and diversity. " Once you have determined your strategy, implement with fidelity." Detailed review. Congrats on BOTD.

The author aims to make corporate managers more productive with this brilliant business book. He breaks down the 'respect' model and analyzes a different aspect in each chapter. The examples he includes also add a personal touch to the book.

I have seen talented executives who lost their way because they did not know how to manage their teams and use communications to foster understanding, team work and respect among workers. I'm glad that Managing With Respect by James P DuBreuil exists and is written based on experience. Judging from the review of Rosemary Wright, it has been written simply, clearly, effectively and powerfully so that it does not become a chore to read and is accesible to various types of readers seeking answerd on human resource management. Thanks and congratulations to the author! 😊
