A person who's lacking determination to workout should read this. He discussed well how to enjoy exercising and living healthy without burning out yourself just to get really fit. His personal experiences can motivate everyone to achieve their desired body. This kinda make me want get back on track to getting fit.

This book is a treasure trove of health tips, especially divide into what is fact or myth. I like the tips on supplements and the BMI best. Thanks for a nice review.

The book does seem detailed. It is certainly relevant in these times of fad diets all over the Internet.

I'll admit, I know absolutely nothing when it comes to nutrition and fitness except that I am pretty certain I'm doing it all wrong. Maybe this book can help me figure out what would actually be the best way for me to start losing weight and getting in shape without having to go through as much of the trial and error as many people my age have to when trying to get fit. Thank you for the helpful review.

I like that this book isn't designed like just another fitness opinion piece. It is more like a filter to help sift through all the already existing avalanche of fitness information out there. Great review!

Regarding learning exercise from a book, I feel it similar to learning a martial art from a book. As per my opinion, If you like to learn about exercises, then this will be a good book. Congratulations on being BOTD

I found this book to be very helpful. I compred his list of items in the pantry to mine and updated my grocery list. I also bought several boxes of baking soda. It is so inexpensive and it has so many different uses - room freshener, toothpaste. I also modified my workout routines based on his advice. great book!
