Seems like a very Interesting book,
The Bible on the other hand encourages patriarchy societies as it points out that "women are insubjection to Men" (1 Corinthian 14:33–34). That's why when a woman decides to take the lead in Godly practices, she has to wear a head covering
Hence, I'm looking forward to seeing the Author's perspective to feminism in a Biblical stand point.

All around the world most women experieced gender based discrimination in their daily life, like churches,work place educational institotion etc.Several waves of feminism are known to have emerged in history and were stirred by prophetic individuals. These rights ad equality.Christian ferminist promotws equality among men and women in the families ad churches.Uderstading of Biblical studies Bette Boersma wrote this book to make people realize the vitality of equality.
