Thank you for sharing your review with us. I’m not currently interested in reading this genre currently, so I think I will pass.

Thanks for an intense review. The book is good for HR and CEOs. Many managers don't know that making their subordinates happy is a peck for the company. This is a good piece to consider as a CEO.

I love this review. It is well written and very interesting. I agree with the author that organizations should ask what the employees can do for the company. These days during job interviews, organizations are looking for workers who want to do something to improve the company and not overly concerned about the pay

Wow! An amazing and thorough review! So detailed! I was intrigued by the pages I read before coming here. I understand what the author is saying, but I don’t think I’ll be reading this book soon. It was a good idea however!!

Making the workers happy is indeed the best way to make the company productive. This is a great read for the C. E. O's. The review is on point. I will give the book a try.

Thanks for the review. I loved reading this as it is more relatable even though it's set in the 60s.

I agree with the idea of satisfying employees by enticing them to perform quality work because with little pay performed normally drop down. Trusted leadership is advantageous to employees and sustainability of the company. The brief is informative, cheers Dr.

This sounds like an interesting approach! I definitely agree that in order to make any conclusions studies should be done properly. For example, I remember reading The Power of Habit where there was an example of a company that focused solely on improving the safety of the workers, which resulted in an overall improvement.
