I was at first put off with the writing style of the book in the beginning, but I grew accustomed to it about 30% into the book. It was a quick, fast read, great for the beach. If you’re not into gossip about people’s personal lives, then you will not like this book as that is the majority of the “plot”.

Very different type of book than I usually read! It was a surprisingly fun read though. It made me laugh and think, ponder and smile. In all, I’m super gladi stepped out of my usual reading genre and tried it!.Entertaining and funny, sometimes shocking stories about selling properties in CA. As a real estate agent I fully appreciate the crazy situations that Nico finds herself facing. Enjoyable read..This book is for you if you have ever wondered what really goes on in the real estate world. It is a gossipy series of stories about the author and her coworkers. It is light hearted and a quick read. Some of scenarios will definitely have you laughing out loud.
I am ever grateful for GoodReads Giveaways for the opportunity to read this book.

When live gets hard, our ability to not throw in the towel makes the difference. Nico proved in this book that anyone can bounce back from tough times if they choose to persist and fight. Kudos!

Nico Griffith must have passed through a lot losing a pregnancy, her job and her marriage. However, I like her spirit and how she was able to surmount these challenges and grow to become who she eventually is. I think that the book is inspiring. Congrats on #BOTD!
