This is a good and helpful book. Children sure need every help they can get to be the best in all they do. I agree that participating in activities like sports and games, dancing, playing musical instruments, and every other activity that allows them to put their cognition to work will help their academic performance. All parents need to learn is to continue to find ways to help their children and not talk them down.

The review informatively talks about this book by Jennie Segar which demonstrates that improving intelligence and academic achievement doesn't necessarily signify mental health issues. It provides detailed descriptions of activities like music and sports, supported by research materials. The book emphasizes communication, good relationships, and a safe environment for children's growth. The case studies, such as parental demands, highlight the importance of fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for children.

Having the best for your child, is everyone's wish. This book is worth reading to help the reader equip themselves with techniques that will help their children perform better in academics or other activities irrespective of the situation they were born with, whether they were born intelligent or not.

I'm glad books like this exist nowadays. Parenting alone is hard enough. With the help of the information from this book, parents and teachers will know how to deal with kids who have trouble learning at school. Congratulations on the BOTD.

A self-help book that talks about how the intelligence and subsequent academic achievement of a child can be increased by some activities such as learning music and participating in sports. I like how this book is easy to understand and how the author's writing is conversational. Nice review.
