Knowing that the author is a Christian, yet this is a "channeled" work is interesting. I am especially curious since she is obviously an open-minded individual by saying, “There are spiritual gems in all religions, as a matter of fact, in everything." This sounds like an interesting book. Wonderful review!

I agree. I've read a few pages of the samples and I also found myself feeling calm reading the author's words. There's something about her words that I can't describe. I'm not really that religious, but I feel like I might agree with the author at some point if I read this. Great review!

I want to read the book. Because of authors story and how she overcome her disease jut because of her faith and belief in God. I want to know how she encouraged others to do the same that she did. The review contains all the important points and point towards who should read it and who don’t. It’s a great review.

I would love to read this book although I don't know if the author defies or changes the fundamental values of Christianity.

Though I'm a Muslim, I would like to check this book out. The author seems to induce a sense of the spirituality-realm into the readers but these are considered void in my religion. But I'll read the book to strenthen my beliefs. Thanks for the review.

I really like the fact that the author is not preachy or condescending towards non-believers or those who think differently. I also like how she dealt with her PTSD by writing this book, it sounds very therapeutic. I'm glad you enjoyed the book overall. Great review!

This book is appropriate for those who may have suffered abuse or trauma at some point in life. Specifically, they can relate best with the author. Though this book contains kind words, I'll pass on it. I don't think it's for me. Congrats on BOTD!

I don't think that this book is for me. I appreciate and I know that everything's easier with Jesus by your side, but I think that spirituality and Christianity seriously don't go together. That's what we all learned in church. This book is great for those who want to read about finding solutions in hard times, but for a true Christians, I do not recommend it.

According to your review, it seems that this book is a brief, non-judgemental way of getting in touch with your spirituality in an attempt to quell feelings associated with PTSD and the like. I can believe that it could be incredibly helpful to those that suffer in that way or even those looking for a different point of view. Thank you for the well-written review!
