Thank you for sharing your review with us. I recently lost a very close family member, so I think this book will be a good choice for me currently.

"I'm a bereaved parent who wishes there was a term like orphan or widow to describe my status. Some say there is no such title because the death of a child is too awful to put into words." It had never occured to me either that there was no word in the English language to describe a parent who loses their child. Losing a child is a grief I can't even begin to understand. Sherine's story is as heartbreaking as it is inspiring.

The author's courage to pen down her emotions is highly commendable. I hope that writing this book helped her to feel the ease of letting it out as well as being an inspiration to others who have experienced a similar fate. Thank you for your insightful review.

I admire Sherine Anniruth's courage in sharing her personal pain and grief process. It is hard enough to talk about it, talk of writing about it. I will love to read the book too. I believe she is healing and I want to learn from the healing process. Nice review.

The review of this book is not only detailed but is also written well and with proper structure. I appreciate the official OBC reviewer stating and explaining the best feature of the book.

Personally, I hope to not relate to the author deeply since I do not want to lose a loved one during this time (or even in the near future).

I like that Sherine isn't only writing to share her grief but also to teach others how to cope with their own grief. We could all learn a thing or two from this book.

The author shares a very vulnerable moment of how she lost her son and how she grieves. It's heart breaking and emotional to see such stories. Fortunately, this story could be equally inspirational and helpful to those facing grief.

I was also struck by Anniruth’s statement that you quote at the beginning of your review. Most parents take it for granted as a natural course of life that their children will outlive them. Also, I agree that writing style is simple and clear.

Grief is the last act of love we can give to those we loved. Where there is deep grief, there was great love. Such a powerful and true statement. Thank you for a lovely review!

While wishing no one has to go through this kind of misfortune, I believe the book will provide guidance to those who have. I commend the author for sharing their story. Thanks for this heart-touching review!
