Though I have no intention of investing in commercial property in near future, the book still seems like a good read. The authors' have done a tremendous job in highlighting and explaining each step to the readers with care. I will give this book a read. Thanks for a great review!!

Thank you for sharing your review with us. Although I commend the planning and execution of this book immensely, it is not a subject I am particularly interested in, so I think I will give it a pass.

This sounds like an extremely informative read. It is always so much easier to reach a goal when you have a plan, and it seems as though the author gives clear, defined steps for building that plan. The addition of external references is a nice touch. Thanks for the review.

Real estate is not fully exploited here at home. This would surely nudge my understanding, and probably elicit some interest.
I enjoyed reading your review

An interesting book for commercial real estate investors and developers. The official review did a good job covering the book and the free sample was interesting to read. Since I am not interested in real estate investment this book is not one that I would want to read the entire book but to a developer or investor it is probably a must read.

Just like every other business, knowing your facts before investing in commercial properties is important. A guide from an experienced Realtor is very welcome. Well, more useful to people in the US. Thanks, Chris!
