After reading about cloning and the disadvantages it comes along with, I don't think eugenics is something I would want to read. Great review.

Your review makes me want to read this book. I think a lot of regulations and ethical issues may make the main discuss of the book not realistic. However, it's a wonderful book. Thanks for the review.

cloning dolly the sheep was an iconic moment for me and just remembering my excitement after learning that cloning was actually possible, it’s making me eager to open this book and spend some time with it. i love science and Eugenics seems like a part i should explore more often.

The idea behind eugenics is to "bring humanity to a state of perfection." But sometimes, progress isn't all it's cracked up to be as the work of eugenics does have some really troubling aspects of it. I'd like to know how the author addresses the mentioned sub themes in this field.

This topic is really modern and very relevant. It is really nice to know the science; how advanced is it now and what limitations should we, as moral human beings, place on its new scope and capabilities. I have heard the general moral arguments. And from the review, the author presented scientific and logical arguments without even touching moral and religious aspects. This is a complete go for me! Nice!

As the title suggests, the author dissects eugenics and the role of new technologies in medicine. There is a push and pull in either direction and the outcome of only a few being able to afford these treatments is a harsh reality.

I am not interested in the subject of eugenics, but I like that the author applied both logical and scientific approach in his argument.
Congratulations to the BOTD.

This book is certainly for readers with a background in science, in particular eugenics. I love the fact that the reviewer said this is a witty book. That's pretty unexpected given its genre.
