Nothing is more refreshing than to declutter, although it's s a real struggle to declutter if you have too many sentimental values.

Minimalism is a useful and great concept because practising it helps us prioritise what's really important and accomplish critical goals.

The author introduces readers to minimalism and explains that it is about getting rid of non-essential items, not owning a specific number of items. The author also notes those who choose this lifestyle shouldn't impose it on others. Readers will benefit from the insightful knowledge hidden in this book.

I'm more of a hoarder myself, so I don't think minimalism will work for me. I'm sure others will find it interesting, though. Congratulations on BOTD!
