This sounds like a very calm book that appeals to many. I like how you were able to connect and identify some of your life expierences with the author's writings. Great, insightful review.

The author is benevolent in the fact that she simply wants to help other troubled souls. Those who wish to find inner peace may go for this one. Thank you for the review.

The sample book sounded good to me, and I think there's much lean towards Christianity, but I guess it will contain some ideas and explainations would relate to almost every religion. Reading about the other she herself is an inspiration coming out of PTSD and writing a book is not a small thing. Overall I would like to read the book and tap spirituality button inside me a bit, a good review overall have all insights about book and author

Maybe, I'm a hardline Christian. Because I don't exactly see how this book is about modern disciples. For all I know, the word of God remains the same throughout the ages. So, I'm curious I know how modernized the word has become in the light of this book.

I am impressed from the sample I read, SPIRITUALITY: Modern Disciples of Jesus Christ by Bettina E. Obernuefemann made a sincere attempt to simplify the definition of GOD. The perceptions may vary, yet irrespective of religions, human ought to believe in THE source of essence. The summary of the book proved to be a torch to follow a right path of spiritual values. The book acts as a great medium to help readers gain the meaning of true self by listening to inner guide. I believe the book has succeeded in conveying the qualities of humankind. The key to happiness lie in love, forgiveness, and growth.

I recall my recent reading of the book, Your Soul is Calling, where I had my belief pattern set of spiritual concepts. When looked at the sample I read, SPIRITUALITY, I am eager to read the book in full. At least for my better understanding of the concepts. Surely eligible for BOTM.

An inspired reading, with a warm and gentle tone that seems to help you calm down in a more tumultuous period of our lives. I commend the author's work and intention to soothe the hearts of those who suffered different forms of trauma. Lovely review. Thank you!

You can't imagine how pleased I was to read that the author is "neither preachy nor sanctimonious".For that reason, Imay just give this book a try. Thanks for the review.

This novel sounds so amazing. The author's courage and determination to overcoming her challenges is what we should learn from. We must not allow the problems we face stop us from moving on in life. I'll really love to read this book. Thanks for your informative review.

I appreciate books that, although religion-specific, are not preachy and pushy about that particular religion that they are in. I share the same belief with the author about a higher source, but again, not on a specific religion per se. I might consider reading this book. Thank you for the wonderful review.

A dose of softness is just what we all need right about now. I'm sure it's not mentioned in the book, but I really want to know why the author is nicknamed "Sparkles". ;) Thank you for your review.

I'm moved by the story that inspired this book. Sometimes, when we're pressed the hardest, our best comes to limelight. Kudos to the author for finding the strength to look beyond her PTSD situation to come up with this inspirational book.
