I enjoy reading poems though it is more occasional than often. It could be that I don't fully understand poetry and I am glad I now know of a book to help me do so. Thank you for the review.

I love poetry. I've never had difficulty understanding the meaning behind the poems I've read. However, I could see this being a fantastic tool for even the most explored reader. Great review

Poetry is captivating, entertaining, and informative, but the reality is that one needs to know how to interpret to understand and enjoy them fully. I am glad the author included exercises and responses to help readers in the journey of interpretation. Thanks for the review.

I find this book really appealing because of how it uses ordinary words instead of complicated literary jargon in explaining how one attempts to understand criticize poetry. Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

Poetry is not my forte, and I think this book will help me understand more about how it works. I like the dynamic exercise that helps readers immerse with the contents of the book. This is one of the most helpful books I've ever seen. Congratulations on the BOTD.

I have always wanted a book to break down the nitty details in learning poetry without the benefit of a formal institution. From all indications, this book appears to be a good starting point. I will get down to it ASAP. Thanks for the review.
