Although this book isn’t my style I can see how it could prove useful to those interested in DNA research and studies of cloning. It’s great that it was so well written and edited. Thanks for a nice review!

I've always been interested in the topics this book tackles, especially the ethics of the experiments they carry out in the name of science. Congrats on BOTD!

We have enjoyed the advances in technology over the years but we cannot deny that people also use it destructively. I should read this to get a better understanding of the author's line of thought. Thanks for the review.

"The most remarkable thing about this book is that the author used only scientific and logical arguments to criticize the "new eugenics." This is the best way to discuss eugenics and other related topics. No sentiment or bias. I think I'll like this book.

For some reason, I thought this book is about science. I mean, sure science and technology go hand and hand but I just thought that this has something to do with genes and stuff. lol. Anyway, to be honest, this is not something that I will be very fond of reading but it is a good FYI that I might need in the future. So thanks still.

Really need some scientific background to step in the book..cloning, in vitro fertilization, genome editing, self-controlled reproduction, transhumanism.. Nice to have all those technologies.. encouraging reproduction by persons presumed to have inheritable desirable traits.. To belief the study improving qualities of human species.. First of all i appreciate author to choose this topic and seems succeeded.. By adopting this approach, Conrad tends to convince more people and find allies in the scientific community that was a positive point and the book rated positively for the positive eugenics..

This is a great book, with a very interesting plot. The characters are well developed, unique and so well written that the readers easily relate with them. It also seems like a book set into the future which always exites me. I love the book, the characters and the book cover and I will be adding this one to my library. Congratulations to the author on a job well done and for getting the BOTD on OBC.

Very informative review. This is a field that can have a great impact on the medical field, and aide in bettering peoples lives. But it can also have a scary side, a side of which it's unclear just where our tampering may lead us.
This is one that's going on my "to read" list, for sure.
