This book seems insightful and motivational. It especially seems helpful right now as people might be feeling stuck in life as a result of the pandemic, and this might help them reclaim their lives. Thank you for the helpful review.
The more that you read,
The more things you will know.
The more that you learn,
The more places you'll go.

I'm tempted to say that thoughts, feelings and actions are equal to knowledge, attitudes and practice in research because the interaction of those also define the quality of life. It's important you pointed out DeBarba recommends only minor life improvement adjustments. I notice in the sample I read that he rightly notes many self-help books explain new methods, ways of thinking, and procedures to follow, but few give the ‘driving lessons’ you need. That makes this book worth the try.

This is an informative and insightful book. The author wants us to learn to improve our daily living by emphasizing the role of our subconscious.
Reading is a journey to the world.

Your well-written review describes a self-help book focused on bridging the gap between our subconscious mind and our actual reality. I like that the author was able to communicate in an engaging manner using humour and illustrations.

The book reminds me of the quote "What you think, you become", and the part 2 reminds me of a similar technique from a book called the secret.
