This book is an amazing self-help book. I love the fact that it talks about pulling through depression. Congratulations on being the BOTD.

This review is well written, it has actually touched every part of this book. Considering how the author tells her story of transformation and how she struggles to find transformation is a big motivation and inspiration to the readers. Thanks to the book of the day selection for this book.

It's really devastating to lose a loved one especially, the pillar of one's life. I have read only the first part of the book, but I wish to see Meg pay more attention and love to other people around her after the transformation and freedom.
Thanks for the review.

In this world of uncertainty and grief, coping can be difficult, often we want to shy away from it. This review got me curious about learning, how the author was able to deal with and live with all the emotions that come with grief.

Who is Meg Nocero in the first place? Is she some celebrity I don’t know or some famous person in the USA? I am not sure I have heard about her. All courtesies observed, I only read memoirs of celebrities and famous people. I will pass this one. Wonderful review anyways.

The book review is insightful. It will be a good read and self help book for those going through grief because it is written by someone who has gone through the grief process herself.
