I thought this is another thrilling novel based on the cover. The humorous aspect of this book won me over, and I'm curious of the fun quiz about wanting to be a real estate agent. Readers will learn more about the jargon used in real estate transactions. Congratulations on the BOTD.

The stories in this book are a reminder that it is never too late to start/restart no matter the circumstances life throws at us. I appreciate authors like Nico Griffith who use their experiences to motivate others.

Nico is an admirable character. It is the people who have suffered and gone through a particular condition who genuinely help those going through the same trouble. Her story is interesting and engaging and also a learning point. Congratulations on BOTD.

A story that talks about how Nico had a miscarriage due to stress and how her husband divorced her. The story also talks about how she started over from the beginning and had a lot of experience. Nice review.

This sounds like an interesting story, starting all over in life is not easy but I like Nico Griffith's spirit but am not a fan of none fiction so I think I will pass.

Ms. Griffith's account of being a real estate agent in the 1980s and 90s sounds fascinating. I am curious about the lessons she learned and how they can help real estate agents today. Congratulations on BOTD.

I see that this book contains humour and, curiously, even real estate agents can court danger. But it's really not for me. To be fair, you point out the appropriate audience in your recommendation.

It would have been really tough for Nico, having had a miscarriage. I find out that Pandora's Lockbox has an interesting storyline and I'd love to follow up the life of Nico Griffith. Nice review. Congrats on winning BOTD.
