This book seems interesting. It's not a book I would typically read but I like how it focuses on love, health, and spirituality. Many people could learn from this book. Thanks for your review.

I find that lots of theories in this book conflicts with my personal beliefs. For example, Caarna claiming that we are absolute creators of what happens to us, the good and the bad goes directly against the Bible teaching that "time and unforeseen occurrences befall them all." Does it mean we make ourselves sick or that someone we love who dies wanted to die? Also, it completely removes God's undeserved kindness from our lives, as if he has no hand in the good things that happen to us. I would understand that claim if this author doesn't believe in God or Christ, but claiming she's a "Christed Being" is just contradictory with the theories she's propounding.

Who else doesn't want good health especially if one can heal himself or herself. This book is a must for everyone to read. The skill described above is needed in every home. Thanks for the review.

I’m not sure how much I would enjoy this but I can see how it could be very useful and helpful to other readers. I would be quite curious to find out more about spiritual healing to find change and happiness!

This sounds like quite an interesting book, but I will pass at this stage as I have too many others to read. I think that the beliefs align with regards to God and it is interesting to read other comments about our own self-efficacy and yet contradiction of believing in another higher power. Thanks for the great review.

I think the extremity in Some concepts may not be good for me. However,i believe there are readers who will find the book helpful.

A story of a woman's journey to spiritual awakening. It's nice knowing that there are many people who find happiness and peace in their spiritual journey. Thanks for the review!

"Ngambe" people or traditional healers are a torn on the ass of Christians and vise versa. They however seemingly have no problem in their practice with Islam and other oriental religious practices. Their practice even though highly falsified today is a light into the invisible aspects of human living.

Being open to a range of beliefs is important, but so is allegiance to whatever inspires faith and gratitude in our lives. It sounds like you have found what has heart and meaning for you. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
I definitely have found my faith.
